  • Club is open during the school year Monday-Friday for 6-18 year-olds.

    Center Street Unit - 3-8pm

    Northwest Unit - 3-7pm

    Blooming Prairie Unit - 3-6pm

  • The Center Street Unit is open during the summer Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm for 6-18 year-olds.
  • The Northwest Unit is open during the summer Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm for 6-18 year olds.
  • The Blooming Prairie Unit is open during the summer Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm for 6-18 year olds.
  • All three units of the Club are closed on weekends.
  • All three units of the Club are closed on: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the Friday after), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Club Membership

  • Membership cards are required for all members. Members must bring their cards with them every day and to any Club-related event.
  • A one-year membership is only $10 per year, with a $30 maximum charge per family.
  • Scholarships are available in return for two hours of Club service. Scholarship applications are available at the front desk.

  • Our Parent/Member Handbook has information on parent/guardian and member rights and responsibilities.

Meals

  • During the school year, the Club provides an afternoon snack.
  • During the summer, the Club offers breakfast, lunch and a snack in the afternoon.

Getting to the Club

During the school year, transportation to the Center Street Club is provided by the school district.  The following schools have daily routes to the Club:

  • Bamber Valley Elementary
  • Ben Franklin Elementary
  • Friedell Middle School
  • Jefferson Elementary
  • Kellogg Middle School
  • Longfellow Elementary
  • Riverside Central Elementary

Transportation from other schools to the Center Street Club may be available.  Contact Brooke Olson at 507-287-2300 for more information.

During the school year, transportation to the Northwest Club is provided by the school district.  The following schools have daily routes to the Club:

  • Sunset Terrace Elementary
  • Washington Elementary

A completed Transportation Registration Form is required for all members utilizing this service.

Boys & Girls Club has the ability to transport members home from the Center Street Unit to certain areas of Rochester.  This service will be provided on a first come-first served basis.  Buses will leave the Center Street Unit at 7:40 and 8:00 pm.  There is a $10 monthly fee for transportation home from Club.
