Across the country and around the world, Boys & Girls Clubs are making a positive difference in their communities and in the lives of their members. The Boys & Girls Club of Rochester is no exception.

Guided by the values of the national Boys & Girls Clubs movement and its 2010 strategic plan, the Boys & Girls Club of Rochester seeks to make a positive difference in the following ways:

1. Be the recognized provider of opportunities to youth, THE place all kids and teens want to go and belong, and the place that prepares youth for the future.
2. Be responsive to the emerging and growing needs of our members, families, and the community.
3. Provide attractive facilities designed specifically for the needs and interests of children and youth.
4. Have sustainable funding streams to fully support and achieve the Club’s mission as THE investment opportunity of choice for donors.
5. Be a leading collaborative partner in the youth service field and in the Rochester community.
6. Have a talented and committed board and staff, and be THE youth-serving agency and employer of choice in Southeast Minnesota.
