Impact Coordinator - Health & Life Skills

The primary function of this position is to ensure desired program outcomes and goals are achieved. Responsibilities include: program implementation, measurement & reporting; community and public relations; grants management; and leadership & development of staff.

Essential skills include: thorough knowledge of youth development standards & concepts; exceptional interpersonal skills; strong verbal & written communication skills; ability to develop and maintain working relationships with community partners. This is a full-time, benefited position; college degree preferred; minimum 2 years' experience in youth services management & implementation.

Youth Development Professional

We are currently accepting applications for a Youth Development Professional. A part-time YDP who joins our team will be responsible for developing relationships with youth ages 6 to 18, leading dynamic activities, and ensuring a fun, safe environment for all members. Requirements: Enjoy working with youth, high energy, positive "can do" attitude, flexible and team oriented. To ensure success with Boys & Girls Club, previous youth experience is required.
